Job Overview We are seeking an experienced RV Park Manager , preferably a couple, to oversee daily park operations, guest services, maintenance, housekeeping, and staff coordination. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on delivering an exceptional RV guest experience and maximizing occupancy. Must live on‑site, housing included. In this dynamic role, you will oversee guest services, manage staff, ensure the smooth functioning of park facilities, and uphold exceptional hospitality standards. Duties Supervise and coordinate all park operations, including reservations, check-ins, and guest services Lead and motivate staff members to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of hospitality Manage revenue streams through effective pricing strategies, budgeting, and occupancy optimization Oversee maintenance of park facilities, grounds, and amenities to ensure safety and cleanliness Admin & Marketing: Track supplies, manage site turns, enforce park rules, maintain website/social media. Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster positive guest relations Implement human resources practices such as staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations Utilize multi-line phone systems to communicate with guests, vendors, and team members professionally Skills Proven supervising experience in hospitality or resort management environments Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Bilingual or multilingual capabilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively Knowledge of revenue management techniques to maximize park profitability Experience with hotel or resort management systems, including front desk operations and night audit procedures Familiarity with human resources practices such as staffing, training, and conflict resolution Ability to manage budgets efficiently while maintaining high-quality guest experiences Exceptional communication skills with good phone etiquette across multi-line phone systems Deep understanding of hospitality standards, guest relations, and resort operations Join us in creating an inviting outdoor retreat where guests feel at home!
