Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused RV Park Manager to oversee daily operations while actively driving sales, bookings, and reservations. This role combines hospitality management with sales responsibilities, requiring someone who is organized, personable, and proactive in maximizing occupancy and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Sales, Booking & Reservations Manage all campground reservations, including phone, online, and walk-in bookings Actively promote the campground to increase occupancy and repeat business Handle sales inquiries, provide pricing information, and convert leads into confirmed reservations Monitor availability, rates, and occupancy to optimize revenue Maintain accurate reservation records and guest information using campground management software Guest Services & Operations Oversee daily campground operations and ensure a positive guest experience Handle guest check-ins/check-outs and promptly resolve issues or complaints Enforce campground rules, policies, and safety procedures Respond to guest needs and after-hours situations as required Property & Grounds Management Ensure the campground, RV sites, bathhouses, and common areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and vendor services Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance concerns Staff Supervision Hire, train, schedule, and supervise campground staff Assign daily tasks and ensure high standards of customer service and cleanliness Maintain a positive, professional work environment Administrative & Financial Duties Process payments, manage deposits, and handle basic bookkeeping Prepare occupancy, sales, and revenue reports Track expenses and assist with budgeting and cost control Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal campground regulations Maintain proper permits, records, and safety documentation Qualifications & Skills Experience in RV park, campground, hotel, or hospitality management preferred Proven customer service and sales or reservation management experience Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Comfortable using reservation software, POS systems, and basic office tools Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours Ability to walk the property and perform light physical tasks Preferred Qualifications RV or campground operations experience Knowledge of RV hookups, utilities, and site management Familiarity with North Carolina hospitality or campground regulations Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience On-site housing or RV site (if applicable) Utilities and/or additional benefits
