Description Program Manager The Program Manager will be responsible for driving the planning and execution of programs and initiatives, controlling the scope and delivery timeline, and managing risks and issues. The role requires establishing frameworks, standards, methodologies, and collaboration tools, facilitating meetings, managing project releases, and ensuring change impacts are minimized while increasing employee adoption. Key Responsibilities Program and Initiatives Planning and Execution: Drive the planning and execution of programs and initiatives. Control the scope and delivery timeline to ensure successful completion. Risk and Issues Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues associated with programs and initiatives. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies. Status Reporting and Escalations: Provide timely status reporting on programs and initiatives. Proactively escalate issues and risks to management as needed. Frameworks and Standards: Establish frameworks, standards, methodologies, and collaboration tools for managing programs and initiatives. Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards. Meeting Facilitation: Schedule and facilitate meetings to drive decisions for programs and initiatives. Ensure meetings are productive and outcomes are clearly documented and communicated. Initiative Delivery: Take initiatives through the entire delivery lifecycle, from Project Plan Commit to Release to Production, post go-live support, and initiative closure. Ensure all deliverables meet the required standards and are completed on time. Test Strategy and Coordination: Develop and implement the overall test strategy, approach, and plan for programs and initiatives. Guide and coordinate test execution across all teams to ensure quality production deployment. Project Release Management: Coordinate various aspects of project deliverables related to production deployment. Ensure all components are aligned and ready for release. Change Management: Ensure change impacts are minimized by increasing employee adoption. Focus on the people side of change, including organizational alignment, changes to business processes, and job roles. Skills and Competencies with 10+ Years of Experience Proficient in developing and implementing frameworks, standards, and methodologies. Strong project management skills with a focus on planning, execution, and delivery. Effective meeting facilitation and decision-making skills. Strong understanding of test strategy, approach, and coordination. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid. Familiarity with Workfront and Jira. Experience with project release management and production deployments. Excellent communication (including written and verbal), interpersonal, and leadership skills with ability to present ideas clearly and concisely. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles. Ability to work well under pressure. Relationship-driven with ability to interact with a wide range of individuals. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Organized with strong attention to detail and effective documentation skills. Motivated to work both independently and in a team setting. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $85.00/hr.
