We are currently seeking: Safety Coordinator The Safety Coordinator supports, implements, and maintains safety programs across all construction projects and for the company. This role ensures job sites operate safely, comply with OSHA and state regulations, and promote a strong safety culture among field crews, subcontractors, and all company personnel. Responsibilities Help develop Safety Toolbox talks and safety training Prepare detailed incident reports and root cause analyses. Maintain Safety Department Scheduling Prepare Safety Meeting Boards and Minutes Track and report safety metrics and trends. Submit weekly training and monthly safety reports to the EHS Director. Assist in preparing documentation for regulatory inspections and audits. Track site conditions and identify potential safety issues and document these items in daily reports and emails. Conduct Warehouse audits Assist Project Managers and Pre-Con Managers with Safety documentation (JHA, AHA, SSSP, etc.). Maintain up-to-date employee training records and certifications Perform other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, fulfillment of work schedules, and other applicable operating rules, policies, and procedures and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 2–4 years of safety experience in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and other related software. OSHA 30 certification (or equivalent); current First Aid and CPR Certification.
