Safety Investigations and Policy Lead

Requirements 6 or more years of experience in safety-critical systems oversight and industrial investigations. Proficiency in OSHA standards and Safety Management Systems (SMS). Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Experience with GRC platforms and safety assurance workflow automation tools. Experience in safety audit methodologies, checklists, and performance metrics. Experience with regulatory compliance reporting and multi-source data integration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities Establish internal investigation protocols and safety-critical functions for the oversight office. Lead root cause analysis activities and manage global corrective action lifecycles. Architect integrated workflows to consolidate regulatory corrective actions from multiple sources. Design department-wide safety assurance plans focused on technical OSHA program compliance. Create standardized audit documentation including schedules, technical checklists, and key metrics. Coordinate investigation findings and remediation strategies with executive stakeholders. Develop automated tools to improve the efficiency and tracking of safety oversight activities.
