Overview The Field Safety Specialist (Construction) is responsible for executing safety programs across active jobsites while reinforcing a culture of safety, compliance, and disciplined execution. This role serves as a critical field-level partner to Operations, Project Management, and field leadership, ensuring that work is planned and performed safely, compliantly, and predictably. This position requires a strong field presence and a proactive approach to hazard identification, coaching, and incident prevention, particularly in high-risk crane, rigging, and steel erection environments.
