We are looking for a Salad Person. Responsibilities include consistently making all salads for our guests, plating desserts, making entree preps for cooks, drying silverware, restocking salad unit.... Ultimately, you will ensure our daily operations run smoothly and our guests have a pleasant dining experience. Must be available Tuesday thru Saturday. Start time is 3:00....Pay in $16/hour + tips! Dependable & Responsible ! Must be available Tuesday - Saturday. You will also be cross-trained to bus tables. Responsibilities Prepare dining areas before guests are seated Set Tables Clean and reset tables after guests leave Keep floor free of debris Get ice for Bar and Soda Station Keep workstation neat and clean Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas Assist servers Prepare Salads to spec Restock salad area Expo Desserts and Take Out Salads Keep Salad area clean Wipe and Roll Silverware Greet Guests with a Smile Accommodate Table Preference Manage Wait list Direct Bus Person Skills Work experience as a Busser, Food Runner or other entry-level role in a restaurant is a plus Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment' Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $16.00 per hour Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
