Job Title: Account Executive – Pharmacy (Commission-Based) Company: AGErite Pharmacy & Wellness Center Location: Hybrid (San Antonio Metroplex – Remote + Onsite Client Visits) Employment Type: Independent Contractor (Commission-Based) About Us At AGErite Pharmacy & Wellness Center, we go beyond prescriptions. We’re a cutting-edge compounding pharmacy focused on wellness, longevity, and tailored patient care. We specialize in sterile and non-sterile compounds, hormone therapies, weight loss solutions, functional wellness, post-op recovery medications, and personalized care products. We are primarily a cash-based pharmacy; we are not contracted with commercial insurance companies. We are looking for a results-driven, highly motivated Account Executive to join our growing sales team and help expand our footprint in the compounding pharmacy and B2B healthcare markets. Role Summary The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities through outreach, relationship-building, and strategic partnerships with clinics, med spas, surgical centers, wellness practices, mobile IV companies, and healthcare providers. This is a commission-only position best suited for a self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven role and is passionate about the healthcare and wellness space. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Outreach Identify and target prospective clinics, surgery centers, wellness practices, and other relevant businesses needing compounded medications. Initiate cold calls, in-person visits, emails, and social outreach to generate interest and qualify leads Sales & Client Acquisition Present AGErite’s compounding services in a consultative, solutions-oriented manner. Understand client needs and match them with our compounding offerings, such as hormone therapy, post-op meds, dermatology formulations, and weight loss injectables. Create tailored proposals and close new business deals. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and influencers. Serve as the point of contact between the client and internal pharmacy operations to ensure seamless onboarding and fulfillment. Market Expansion Identify emerging trends and niche markets to expand our client base (e.g., men’s health clinics, concierge MDs, ketamine clinics, integrative wellness centers). Attend local events, meetups, and networking functions to promote AGErite’s offerings. Reporting & Communication Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM (or designated tracking system). Provide weekly updates on leads, activity, and revenue projections. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for campaign support and client retention. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in pharmacy, healthcare, or wellness industries. Existing network of providers, clinics, or healthcare professionals (preferred). Strong understanding of compounded medications and/or wellness therapies (or willingness to learn quickly). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills. Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and strong time management. Must be able to travel locally for face-to-face meetings, drop-ins, and events. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
