Reports to: Director, Sales and Customer Programs Mission: To enhance sales effectiveness by delivering accurate, proactive, and dependable administrative and operational support that enables the Sales team to perform at its best. Role Description: The Sales Administrative Coordinator provides essential administrative and sales operations support to the Sales organization, ensuring smooth execution across executive support, sales meetings, Maggie Club initiatives, Stylist Incentive programs, and markets. This role is highly detail-driven and operationally focused, maintaining accurate logistics, reporting, and shared assets so Sales leadership and teams can remain focused on driving growth and partner success. Serving as a trusted second set of eyes and reliable backup across critical workflows, the Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining accuracy, consistency, and operational excellence within the Sales function. Core Responsibilities: Executive & Administrative Support Manage Maggie Club gift purchases, Retailer lunches, and celebration dinners, including invitations and coordination Coordinate with stylists to collect and verify payout information for Stylist Incentive Payouts. Reconcile VP of Sales AMEX credit card receipts in alignment with Finance timelines Coordinate VP of Sales travel logistics as needed Sales Meetings, Markets & Event Support Provide backup support for the Event Coordinator, including timelines, assets, lists, budgets, and communications Support event logistics by: Double-checking hotel rooming lists Verifying flight information Managing Runway RSVPs Sales Operations & Reporting Support Stylist Incentive programs as backup and second set of eyes; maintain leaderboard as assigned Produce and maintain seasonal promotions reporting Manage sales meeting surveys and organize feedback Systems & Cross-Functional Support Audit, update, and maintain Sales SharePoint sites and assets Audit, update, and maintain policies and documents on the Retailer portal as needed Update, publish, and maintain Stylist Incentive Program leaderboards Serve as liaison for Bridal Live and E Style Central Provide additional operational and administrative Sales support as needed Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience in administrative or sales operations support Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint Experience with travel coordination, expense reconciliation, and event logistics Background in sales, retail, fashion, or B2B environments preferred Bridal or wholesale experience a plus Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail and organization Strong time management and prioritization skills Clear, professional written and verbal communication Dependable follow-through and accountability Ability to act as a trusted “second set of eyes” Calm, solutions-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment Professional Standards & Values: Acts with integrity, accuracy, and ownership Takes pride in quality and consistency of work Maintains a positive, professional presence Supports teamwork and operational excellence Aligns with the Mission, Vision, and Values of Maggie Sottero Designs Salary: Based on Experience Benefits: Wages- Based on Experience Medical – 4 plans through Select Health HSA – Employee contributes Profit-sharing – discretionary; dependent on profits of the company.
