Mission Alignment At YM360, our mission is to help youth pastors disciple students. The Sales Advisor advances that mission by driving the adoption of YM360 resources through clear, timely, and effective sales engagement, ensuring more churches are equipped with tools that impact students’ lives. This position exists to increase the reach and revenue of YM360’s resources by converting interest into action and guiding churches into deeper, ongoing engagement. Position Summary The Sales Advisor is a revenue-generating role focused on new business growth. This position owns the conversion of inbound leads into first-time customers, driving adoption of YM360’s core resources and expanding the number of churches actively engaging with YM360. This role owns the sales lifecycle from lead response → conversion, with a strong emphasis on speed, clarity, and effectiveness. Success in this role is measured by how effectively inbound leads are converted into new customers, with a strong emphasis on response speed, conversion rates, and new customer acquisition. Core Responsibilities Lead Management & Conversion ● Respond rapidly to all inbound leads from campaigns, downloads, trials, and events ● Qualify leads effectively and prioritize high-opportunity prospects ● Drive leads toward clear purchasing decisions through structured, timely follow-up ● Maintain a consistent and disciplined follow-up cadence across all opportunities ● Maximize lead-to-customer conversion rates across YM360’s core product lines ● Own and actively manage pipeline activity within the CRM New Customer Acquisition ● Convert inbound interest into first-time YM360 customers ● Clearly communicate the value of YM360’s core resources to new prospects ● Guide churches through initial purchasing decisions with clarity and confidence ● Remove friction in the buying process to accelerate decision-making ● Consistently drive growth in the number of new churches engaging with YM360 YM360 Plus and Follower Curriculum Sales ● Identify high-potential prospects for YM360 Plus and Follower ● Clearly position YM360 Plus and Follower as a solution for ongoing ministry needs ● Drive subscription conversions as part of the initial customer acquisition process Growth from GENERATE Camp Churches YM360’s GENERATE Camp Churches represent one of our most mission-aligned and loyal audiences, yet many are not current Publishing customers. As a Sales Advisor, you will be a key voice in turning this high-potential audience into year-round Publishing customers. This includes ● Personally engaging with GENERATE attendees post-camp to explore how YM360’s year-round resources can meet their ministry needs. ● Delivering product demos and personalized follow-up to GENERATE leads with urgency and relevance. ● Collaborate with the Marketing Team to align messaging with lead engagement efforts. ● Tracking and reporting on GENERATE-to-Publishing conversion opportunities and wins. This is a cross-functional initiative with high strategic priority and a measurable impact on both Gospel-centered ministry and marketplace growth for YM360. CRM, Reporting & Sales Discipline ● Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline tracking and activity logging ● Follow defined sales processes, response standards, and follow-up expectations ● Monitor personal performance against key conversion and revenue metrics ● Identify gaps, stalled opportunities, and areas for improvement within the pipeline Cross-Functional Collaboration Marketing Team ● Provide feedback on lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and messaging performance Marketplace / Digital Team ● Align on lead flow, conversion strategy, and sales enablement tools Leadership ● Report on pipeline health, conversion performance, and new customer growth Desired Skills & Experience ● 2–4 years of experience in sales or revenue-generating roles (experience in church or ministry context a plus) ● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate value and guide purchasing decisions ● Proven ability to handle objections, build trust quickly, and close sales with confidence ● Strong follow-up discipline with a high sense of urgency and responsiveness ● Comfortable working within CRM systems, online demos, and multi-channel communication tools (email, Zoom, phone, SMS) ● Results-driven with a high level of ownership and accountability ● Alignment with YM360’s mission, v
