WHO WE ARE Carolinas Homebuyers is a fast-moving South Carolina company that buys off-market properties directly from homeowners. We operate with speed, close consistently, and pay based on performance. We’re scaling hard in 2026 and building a team of producers—not seat-fillers. THE ROLE You’ll be the first point of contact with sellers—building rapport, qualifying leads, and closing contracts. You’ll work company-generated leads using proven scripts and systems. No guessing—just execution, coaching, and clear targets. This is for competitive, coachable people who can handle pressure and rejection. WHAT YOU WILL DO Contact and qualify leads daily Negotiate and present offers confidently Lock up contracts within our system Track all activity in CRM Follow up consistently until decision Hit weekly and monthly targets WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Proven sales experience Strong communication and trust-building skills Coachable and system-driven Self-motivated and accountable Confident negotiator who handles objections well Reliable transportation High activity and resilience to rejection Basic CRM/computer skills Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Benefits Paid time off Application Question(s): How long have you been in sales?
