This is a 100% remote, autonomous role that allows you to work entirely at your own pace; we do not provide a salary, but instead offer a rewarding, performance-based compensation structure where you earn significant bonuses directly tied to the contracts you sign and the results you deliver. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and pitch to new clients who require high-quality staffing solutions. Manage your own sales pipeline and outreach strategy, focusing on building long-term professional relationships. Negotiate and close staffing contracts that align with the company's growth objectives. Maintain transparent communication regarding your progress and deal status as we scale together. Leverage your personal professional network and market knowledge to source and secure new business opportunities. What We Are Looking For Proven experience in sales, business development, or recruitment, with a track record of successfully closing deals. A self-starter mindset who thrives in a flexible, independent, and remote environment without day-to-day oversight. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to articulate the value of global talent to potential clients. Comfort with managing your own workflow and data organization without the use of mandatory, company-provided software.
