Sales and Hiring Associate

Duties Engage in outside sales activities by reaching out to prospective clients through cold calling, networking events, and community outreach to generate new business opportunities Manage and nurture the sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and closing deals efficiently using CRM software Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales negotiations to secure high-end sales contracts that meet client needs and company goals Support the hiring process by screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding procedures to attract top talent Utilize multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse clients and candidates across different regions Upsell additional products or services during customer interactions to maximize revenue opportunities Maintain excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards while handling outbound sales calls and inquiries Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or automobile sales with a focus on high-end or retail markets Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and effectively Multilingual or bilingual capabilities to serve a diverse customer base and enhance communication efforts Proficiency in CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer data Excellent organizational skills for inventory management, inventory control, and retail math calculations Effective public speaking skills for presentations, product demonstrations, or team meetings Knowledge of automotive dealership processes or retail sales environments is a plus Outstanding customer service skills combined with phone etiquette and outbound calling experience Ability to perform under pressure while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Strong communication skills paired with organizational abilities to support sales support functions and marketing initiatives Join us as a Sales and Hiring Associate where your energy fuels growth!
