Sales & Marketing Director (Senior Living) Charter Senior Living of Brookfield – Brookfield, MA Salary: $75,000 – $85,000/year + Bonus Potential Full-Time | Leadership Role Lead Growth. Charter Senior Living of Brookfield is seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Director to lead census growth and community outreach within our assisted living environment. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) Drive Occupancy & Revenue Growth Lead all sales efforts to achieve and maintain full census Manage inquiry pipeline, lead conversion, and closing strategy Lead the Sales Process Conduct community tours that convert prospects into residents Follow up consistently with leads, families, and referral sources Manage CRM/ATS systems to track engagement and outcomes Build Strategic Partnerships Develop relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehab centers, and community organizations Execute outreach strategies that generate qualified referrals Plan & Execute Marketing Initiatives Coordinate events, open houses, and local marketing campaigns Partner with corporate marketing on digital and paid strategies Collaborate with Leadership Work closely with the Executive Director and department heads to ensure a seamless move-in experience Align sales strategy with operational capacity and resident care standards What We’re Looking For 2+ years of senior living, healthcare, or hospitality sales experience preferred Proven track record of meeting or exceeding occupancy/sales goals Strong relationship-building and closing skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities Professional, polished communicator with strong emotional intelligence Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Sherpa, Yardi, or similar) preferred Compensation & Benefits Salary: $75,000 – $85,000/year Bonus Potential: Performance-based incentives tied to occupancy Get paid when you need it with ZayZoon Free medical insurance plan available Medical, Dental, Vision, and more Paid Time Off + Holiday Pay Perfect attendance bonus (up to $100/month) Employee referral bonuses Career advancement opportunities within a growing organization Stable leadership environment where your impact is recognized Why Join Charter Senior Living?
