The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new clients, driving revenue growth, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Their tasks will include conducting product and service presentations, managing sales strategies, delivering comprehensive training sessions for clients, and providing exceptional customer service to support client success. The role also includes collaborating with teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and operational objectives. Qualifications Strong Communication skills and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships Exceptional Customer Service skills and understanding of client-centric approaches Experience in Sales, with the ability to strategize and implement sales processes Proficiency in Training and Sales Management, including facilitating learning and team guidance Strong organizational and time management skills Proven ability to work independently and deliver results in a remote work environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Experience in industries such as hospitality, technology, or logistics is a plus
