Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Orlando, FL, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. Responsibilities include developing and executing customized sales and marketing strategies, acquiring and retaining clients through direct communication, delivering excellent customer service, and contributing to sales growth. You will also assist with training team members, managing sales processes, and supporting long-term client relationships. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage clients and foster positive relationships Experience or proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and achieve targets Ability to train and mentor team members in sales processes and strategies Self-motivated with excellent time management skills Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities Previous experience in sales and marketing is a plus but not required Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
