Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area for a Sales and Purchasing Manager. The role involves managing the procurement process, negotiating supplier contracts, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and maintaining supplier relationships to ensure quality standards. Additionally, the candidate will oversee sales operations, build and maintain customer relationships, analyze market trends, and develop strategies to achieve sales goals. Regular collaboration with internal teams, timely report generation, and problem-solving are critical components of this role. Qualifications Experience in procurement, supplier negotiations, and inventory management Proficiency in sales operations, customer relationship management, and market analysis Strong skills in communication, organization, and strategic planning Ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with supply chain management software and tools Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field Previous experience in the logistics or supply chain industry preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
