Job Title:Sales & Scheduling Coordinator Industry:Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Services Location:Melville, NY Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sales & Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing carpet and upholstery cleaning company serving the Philadelphia metro area.In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue through sales, managing customer relationships, and coordinating daily service schedules to ensure efficient operations.This is a fast-paced, customer-facing position where your ability to convert leads into booked jobs and keep operations running smoothly will directly impact company success.Key Responsibilities Handle inbound inquiries (phone, email, web) and convert leads into booked jobs Perform outbound and follow-up calls to generate new business and secure repeat clients Present services, provide pricing, and close both residential and B2B sales opportunities Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track opportunities, and maintain accurate customer records Coordinate daily scheduling and dispatch of technicians to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time Communicate job details clearly between customers and field technicians (scope, timing, special instructions) Follow up on estimates, pending jobs, and past clients to increase booking rates Resolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns promptly and professionally Collaborate with marketing efforts to generate qualified leads and increase brand visibility Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales and scheduling activity Qualifications 2years of experience in sales, scheduling/dispatch, customer service, or similar role Required:hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM system Proven ability to convert leads into sales and manage a pipeline effectively Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability Comfortable working with both residential and commercial clients Skills Strong proficiency with Salesforce (lead tracking, pipeline management, reporting) Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or telemarketing Excellent verbal and written communication skills Customer service and relationship-building expertise Business development and outbound calling experience Ability to understand and communicate service-based offerings Strong time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills Experience with scheduling, dispatching, or route optimization tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Experience Carpet, upholstery, restoration, or home services industry experience Dispatching or route optimization experience Familiarity with service pricing and job estimation Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary commission/bonus based on performance Paid time off Growth opportunities within a growing service company Success Metrics Lead conversion rate and revenue generated Schedule efficiency and technician utilization Customer satisfaction and repeat business Accuracy and responsiveness in communication and scheduling Apply today to join a growing company where your sales and operational impact will be immediately visible.Pay:$26.82 - $32.30 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Paid training Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
