Salary plus Commission! Position hours are flexible but fall in the following hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. Saturday 9:00am to 3:00pm MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK MOST SATURDAYS AND WORK UNTIL 5 DURING THE WEEK. SALES AND SERVICE - JOB OVERVIEW Delta Motor Co LLC, DBA Delta Trailer Sales is an established retail center that is now hiring a sales/service associate to help with selling various products including utility and cargo trailers, portable buildings, and carports as well assisting in day-to-day office and service activities. ACCOUNTIBLITIES Seek information from clients, present appropriate solutions for customers’ needs Adjust schedule to fit priority situations Communicate with others in the organization to ensure completion of projects Update and maintain internal and external databases and develop systems to track results of company products Provide quality internal and external customer service supporting the company’s values Perform other duties as assigned MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SATURDAYS ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Be friendly and helpful Greet customers and create rapport Help customers with knowledgeable service to close sales Learn all product lines and be able to speak about the manufacturing process, build quality, materials used, and warranties associated with all products offered Learn avenues of finance for all product lines Close sales Learn basic service on products and help maintain inventory Listen and help staff with day-to-day operational tasks as requested JOB QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or equivalent Proficiency with Microsoft Office software - EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK A MUST! Strong professional verbal and written communication skills Exemplary people and relationship management skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize effectively Demonstrated problem solving skills Demonstrated self-starter with ability to take ownership and initiative Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outside Sales and Service work - Assemble units, keep in good working order and presentable Experience in sales is a plus Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
