We're hiring a versatile team member for our new Worthington, MN location to support warehouse operations, inside sales, and business growth.This is a hands-on, cross- functional role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow with the company.Key Responsibilities:? Inside sales:handle inbound calls, process orders, and build customer relationships ? Assist walk-in customers with product selection and troubleshooting ? Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently ? Receive, stock, and manage inventory; maintain accurate inventory levels ? Operate and learn warehouse management systems (WMS) ? Support facility upkeep and assist in shop operations as needed Preferred Experience:? Familiarity with agriculture, ag equipment, or fertilizer application systems ? Knowledge of sprayer parts, pumps, hoses, fittings, and ag equipment components ? Background in warehouse, distribution, or parts sales is a plus We provide training on products and systems.This role is perfect for someone with an ag background, mechanical aptitude, and strong customer service skills looking to grow inside sales and operations.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$21.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
