Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales and Service Specialist, based in Crafton, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing sales and service processes. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining customer relationships, conducting product demonstrations, delivering training for clients, and overseeing sales activities. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed customer expectations. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with an ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Sales and Sales Management experience, including knowledge of sales techniques and strategies Ability to effectively train clients and colleagues on products and services Strong problem-solving mindset and a commitment to providing high-quality service Proficiency in using CRM tools and technology to manage client information and sales activities is a plus Background in scientific equipment or related industries is advantageous
