The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales quotas, with a focus on developing new customer relationships. Key responsibilities also include leading a team of Clinical Specialists and Sales Associates to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Applicants for the Sales Area Vice President position must hold a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree being preferred, and have at least 7 years of successful healthcare sales experience in the medical product, supplies, devices, or distribution sectors. A strong background in acute care sales, particularly within the specified key IDNs, is essential. The role requires a candidate with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including the ability to navigate complex sales environments and engage with various decision-makers.
