Job Description
Job Summary Sales assistant will assist the territory sales manager with receiving purchase orders, creating sales orders, pushing shipping notifications, providing invoices and tracking to customers, data entry for sales reports and sellable inventory reports. Job Responsibilities & Duties Sales work 80%: Enter new customer data in system Receive PO from customers Enter Sales Orders in system Evaluate customer credit or payment status for orders Push shipping notice for orders ready to ship Send invoice and tracking to customers Send weekly sellable inventory and monthly balance statement to customers. Assist in basic questions regarding pricing, inventory and warranty Forward all payment confirmation to accounting Create & follow up warranty card sales order Freight management 5%: Work with freight clerk for freight quotes / BOLs, shipment booking or pick up arrangements Provide freight clerk with necessary documents for freight claims. Assist in inventory management 15%: Check the product details of invoices / BOLs / packing list while receiving or shipping Assist warehouse in counting finished products inventory monthly Assist warehouse in counting parts, material, tools and equipment inventory quarterly. Assist with providing data for back-order list Performs other duties as assigned. Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications High school diploma(required); 2 years experience in relevant working experience with basic sales skills; Strong communication skill ; Good at Microsoft Office, Quick books (preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Shift: 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
