Job Overview This role is designed for someone who is energized by setting and reaching goals, motivating others through positivity and example, and evolving and learning skills that create value both for themselves and the company.The Educational Sales Assistant provides critical support to our sales team through CRM management, quote creation, potential renewal outreach, and internal coordination.While this position is not a sales role at hire, it is intentionally structured as a development pathway.For the right person, there is a strong opportunity to grow into a Sales Representative or Training-focused role after mastering product knowledge and demonstrating readiness.Duties Build and manage quotes with accuracy and attention to detail Maintain and update CRM records (Dynamics 365) Support contract renewals by reaching out to existing contacts as needed Conduct limited outbound outreach, including follow-ups and light prospecting when required Assist the sales team with data entry, reporting, and sales-related administration Note:Client-facing responsibilities are limited at first and expand only if the employee transitions into a sales or training role.Skills Strong computer skills and comfort learning new systems Ability to communicate clearly and professionally Willingness to work fully in-office Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and Office tools Preferred Qualifications Some experience in a sales support, administrative, or assistant role Familiarity with CRM systems (Dynamics 365 a plus) Experience working in education or with school-based customers Pay:From $20.00 per hour Benefits:Paid time off Work Location:In person.
