Company Overview Best Of As Seen On TV LLC operates a network of retail locations under the As Seen On TV, specializing in outlet and mall stores.Since 2005, our company has expanded from a single store to 25 locations, supported by a dedicated team of 96 employees.We are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service in a dynamic retail environment.Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Associate and Cashier to join our team at Columbus Tanger outlets, Sunbury , OH.This role involves engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and managing sales transactions efficiently.The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about creating a positive shopping experience for all visitors.Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and demonstrations Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions and cash handling Upsell products by highlighting features and benefits to enhance customer purchases Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and stocking shelves regularly Process transactions efficiently while adhering to phone etiquette and customer service protocols Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment and product demos when appropriate Support cashiering duties including cash handling, basic math calculations, and issuing receipts Qualifications Prior experience with POS systems, cashiering, or retail sales is preferred Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities Bilingual skills are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and customer engagement Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and inventory management Familiarity with merchandising, stocking, and product demos within a retail or grocery store setting Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude and positive demeanor This position offers an engaging work environment where you can develop your sales skills while contributing to our team's success.We value proactive individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and are committed to delivering outstanding shopping experiences.Pay:$10.00 - $12.00 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Flexible schedule Work Location:In person.
