Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Pensacola, FL. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers throughout the car-buying process, including understanding their needs, presenting vehicle options, organizing test drives, and finalizing sales agreements. The individual will also play a key role in maintaining positive customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with team members to contribute to the dealership's success. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Sales expertise, including negotiation skills and a results-driven attitude. Ability to learn and maintain knowledge about vehicle inventory, features, and financing options. Basic computer skills for managing sales processes and utilizing dealership tools and software. Organizational abilities to manage multiple customer interactions and follow-up tasks effectively. Experience in Automotive or retail sales is a plus but not required. Willingness to work on-site in Pensacola, FL, and maintain a customer-focused approach. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in sales or business is a plus.
