GoldenHome Cabinetry is a kitchen & bath supplier with a showroom and warehouse in Southern Las Vegas.We provide cabinets, quartz countertops, flooring, shower doors, and home improvement materials across the Las Vegas market, combining large local inventory with hands-on showroom support.We are seeking motivated bilingual (Spanish/English) Sales Associates to join our growing team.This is a performance-driven role focused on lead generation, sales production, and client relationship management, ideal if you are looking to build a long-term career in kitchen, bath, home improvement and interior design sales.To learn more about our products and showroom, visit www.goldenhomecabinet.com Base Pay:$3,000 per month Commission:Up to 8% on sales (uncapped commission) Schedule:5 days per week required, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Work Environment:In-person, showroom, office setting.Customer-facing role.As part of our showroom staff, you will:Generate new leads through outreach, referrals, networking, research, and showroom traffic Actively bring in new clients and convert opportunities into confirmed sales Prepare quotes, pricing, and proposals using company systems Design kitchens and bathrooms using 3D CAD software (training provided) Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, serving as their trusted point of contact for current and future projects.Track leads and consistently follow up to close deals and grow your pipeline Use phone, email, CRM, and office software to manage sales, orders, and scheduling Coordinate with warehouse and vendors to confirm inventory, deliveries, and product details Maintain a professional and organized showroom environment Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement) Fluent in Spanish and English (must be able to speak, read, write, and type in both languages) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude Comfortable generating leads and working in a performance-driven sales environment Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.Proficient with computers, mobile devices, email, and basic software tools (training provided for CAD and quoting systems) Basic math skills (measurements, dimensions, price calculations) Reliable transportation for consistent commute to showroom Availability to work 40 hours per week, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.(samples, displays, showroom materials) Preferred / Optional (Strong Candidate Qualities) Previous customer service and performance-driven sales experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or related field Marketing & Social Media:Experience managing social media accounts, content creation, or ads (portfolio a plus) Creative Skills:Video editing, Photoshop/Canva, and(or) photography/videography Design/Technical Skills:CAD, 3D design software, or construction/home layout experience Familiarity with home improvement or construction products (cabinetry, flooring, countertops, etc.) At GoldenHome Cabinetry, you'll join a growing showroom where your effort directly drives your income and impact.We're looking for motivated, bilingual sales professionals who want to build their own client base and grow with the company.Apply today to join our team in Las Vegas!
