Role Description Carolina-Metro Landscape, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Associate to join our on-site team based in Charlotte, NC. The Sales Associate will engage with clients to understand their landscaping needs, provide solutions, and coordinate with the design and project teams. Responsibilities include conducting customer outreach, generating sales, preparing proposals, building lasting client relationships, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment and requires excellent communication and organizational skills. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting customer relationships Sales and negotiation experience, with a proven ability to achieve or exceed targets Knowledge or interest in landscaping, hardscaping, irrigation, or outdoor designs is preferred Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in using CRM tools and standard office software Ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Charlotte, NC High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Sales, or relevant field is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
