Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate based at our Chevrolet dealership in New Bern, NC. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, presenting appropriate vehicles, and guiding them through the sales process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, building relationships with clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the buying experience. Qualifications Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Sales or customer relations experience, preferably in the automotive industry Ability to learn and convey product knowledge effectively Problem-solving and negotiation skills to meet customer expectations Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM tools Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work in a team environment Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record No previous automotive experience required, but a willingness to learn is essential Bilingual skills are a plus but not mandatory
