Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner. Demonstrate product knowledge through effective product demos to enhance customer experience. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Maintain stock levels by organizing inventory and restocking shelves as needed. Utilize retail math to assist customers with pricing inquiries and product availability. Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive shopping experience. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Experience with cash handling procedures and familiarity with POS systems. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases. Knowledge of retail math is beneficial for managing sales data effectively.
