Role Overview We are seeking a motivated, commission-based Sales Associate to generate new business, build client relationships, and help grow our engineering services portfolio. This is a performance-driven opportunity with strong earning potential. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities Build relationships with fabricators, contractors, and industrial clients Present service offerings and proposals Manage leads through closing Qualifications 2+ years of B2B sales experience (engineering/construction preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and results-oriented Comfortable selling professional/technical services Compensation 20% commission on first-time clients 15% commission on returning clients Performance bonuses Marketing costs reimbursed Full-time offer possible after establishing steady client revenue Pay: $25.41 - $30.60 per hour Application Question(s) Do you have previous experience in construction?
