Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate based in Madison, WI, with the option for some remote work. The Sales Associate will engage with potential clients, present AI-driven solutions, and identify customer needs to drive business growth. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions for customers and staying up-to-date on the latest AI trends and products. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and persuasive presentation abilities Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, or account management Ability to analyze customer needs and provide customized technology solutions Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software Knowledge of AI technology or enthusiasm to learn about emerging technology solutions Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred Experience working in technology or software solutions industries is a plus
