Sales Associate

Island Recreational is currently looking to hire highly motivated individuals to fill our seasonal Sales position.Starting at $17/ Hour - $25/Hour Uncapped Commission.Training is on site and paid at your normal hourly rate.Job responsibilities include..Work with management to familiarize yourself with the various products we sell Talk with customers to discover their needs and introduce them to various product lines Educate customers on new products Work with management to come up with packages and pricing tailored to your customer All job candidates are required to Be at least 16 year of age Available weekdays as well as weekends Attend weekly training meetings in either Deer Park, Massapequa or Medford (1-2 Hours PAID) Benefits include Hourly wage commission based on sales Guaranteed Commissions (More information available upon request) Monthly sales contests with additional cash bonuses NO EXPERIENCE WITH POOLS REQUIRED.We will teach you everything you need to know to succeed in this industry.Initial training will take place on site and weekly in our Deer Park, Massapequa and Medford locations.Work Remotely No Job Types:Part-time, Temporary Pay:$17.00 - $25.00 per hour Compensation Package:Commission pay Uncapped commission Schedule:8 hour shift Holidays Monday to Friday Rotating weekends License/Certification:Driver's License (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
