Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Provide knowledgeable advice on retail merchandise, including financial products and services when applicable Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and cash management procedures Process sales transactions efficiently using retail software and perform basic math calculations for pricing and discounts Support banking-related activities such as loan processing or account inquiries when required Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Maintain store cleanliness, organize merchandise displays, and ensure shelves are stocked appropriately Skills Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles with a focus on engaging clients effectively Familiarity with banking or financial services environments is a plus Strong math skills including basic math, retail math, and proficiency in 10 key typing for quick data entry Ability to handle cash accurately and perform cash handling duties confidently Knowledge of financial software systems used for sales processing or loan management preferred Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with diverse customers Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
