Sales Associate – Luxury Boutique Retail We are seeking a motivated, sales-driven Retail Associate to join our boutique team. We offer competitive hourly pay as well as commissions and additional incentive opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely loves fashion, enjoys selling, builds connections easily, and takes pride in delivering results. Our clientele expects exceptional service, strong product knowledge, and a polished experience. Retail experience is a plus but we are happy to train motivated candidates. Hourly pay starts around $23-$25/hour (DOE), with commission and incentive opportunities that allow most sales associates to earn $30+/hour, while top performers currently exceed $35+/hour. Full-time employees are eligible for a health insurance stipend.
