Join our dynamic team as a Sales Associate at Market Market, a 40,000 square foot luxury emporium of fine vintage, repurposed, and one-of-a-kind apparel, accessories, housewares, furniture, art, and design. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your retail expertise while working in a fast-paced, supportive setting. Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure racks and fixtures are neat, clean, and organized Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about vintage clothing, furnishings, and accessories Demonstrate professional phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via digital channels * Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in vintage clothing, luxury fashion, art, and antiques Strong communication skills Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions Experience in merchandising Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude Ability to handle cash accurately and perform cash handling duties confidently Pay: From $19.00 per hour Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
