Sales Associate

Seeking a team member for one of our locations , As a Replenishment Team Member, you are the backbone of the store’s visual and operational success. This role is primarily focused on the efficient "overnight" or early morning processing of merchandise to ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and ready for our customers. You will work closely with a dedicated team to maintain store standards and execute seasonal transitions during peak hours. ​Key Responsibilities & Expectations ​Merchandise Processing: Unload delivery trucks and sort merchandise efficiently according to store layout. ​Stocking & Recovery: Execute heavy stocking of shelves, ensuring all items are placed accurately and the sales floor is "recovered" (neat, front-facing, and organized). ​Planogram Execution: Read and implement planograms (visual diagrams) to set up new displays, endcaps, and seasonal merchandise with precision. ​Operational Safety: Maintain a clean and safe backroom and sales floor environment while handling equipment and freight. ​Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the management team and fellow associates to meet tight deadlines before the store opens. ​Requirements & Physical Necessities ​Physical Ability: Must be able to consistently lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing between 20 and 55 lbs. ​Reliable Transportation: Must have a dependable means of travel to ensure on-time arrival for midnight shifts & early morning shifts. ​Availability: Specifically seeking candidates available for Friday shifts (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM) every two weeks required!
