OverviewJoin our dynamic retail team as a Sales Associate, where your enthusiasm and customer-focused mindset will drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.In this energetic role, you'll be the friendly face guiding customers through product selections, demonstrating features, and ensuring they leave satisfied and inspired.Your proactive approach will help us create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits and builds lasting relationships with our valued customers.Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet their needs Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits Assist customers with product selection, upselling additional items to maximize satisfaction and sales Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for transactions including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure attractive presentation Stock merchandise, process shipments, and manage inventory levels accurately Uphold excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries Support store operations through basic retail math calculations, cashiering, and cash register reconciliation Requirements Previous retail sales experience, preferably in similar store environments Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers in bilingual settings if applicable Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math concepts Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities are a plus for growth opportunities Ability to perform merchandising, stocking, and product demos effectively Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach Basic math skills for transactions, inventory management, and sales reporting Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication standards in a retail setting Join us in delivering outstanding service while developing your sales expertise!
