Job Summary Nepa’s Auto Sales is looking for the right person to join our small, family-owned dealership team. We’re not a big corporate store — we’re a hometown dealership that believes in treating customers like neighbors and employees like family. We’re looking for someone dependable, personable, and hardworking who enjoys helping people and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed. In a small dealership environment, every day is a little different. One minute you may be helping a customer find the right vehicle, the next you could be answering questions about service work, helping organize inventory, or following up with leads. If you have automotive knowledge, sales experience, or dealership experience — great. But attitude, work ethic, and customer service matter just as much to us. Responsibilities Welcome customers and assist them throughout the vehicle buying process Help customers find vehicles that fit their needs and budget Answer questions about vehicles, financing, warranties, and basic service work Follow up with leads from Facebook Marketplace, CarGurus, phone calls, and walk-ins Handle light bookkeeping tasks including paying bills, tracking expenses, and maintaining organized records Keep up with dealer registrations, temporary tags, plates, and title paperwork Ensure deal jackets and paperwork are complete and compliant Assist with organizing inventory, office tasks, and daily dealership operations Work closely with ownership and team members to help keep the dealership running efficiently Qualifications Friendly and professional attitude Strong communication and people skills Dependable and willing to learn Automotive or dealership experience preferred, but not required Basic mechanical or service knowledge is a plus Comfortable using Facebook Marketplace, texting customers, and phone communication Ability to multitask in a fast-paced small business environment Valid driver’s license required What We Offer Family-oriented work environment Small-town dealership atmosphere Opportunity to grow within the business Competitive pay with commission opportunities A team that values hard work, honesty, and customer relationships If you’re looking for a corporate dealership job, this probably isn’t it.
