About the Role We’re looking for a Retail Sales Associate who actively drives store performance, rather than just supporting it. This role goes beyond traditional retail. You will be responsible for: Engaging customers and influencing purchase decisions Driving conversion, AOV, and overall revenue Creating a high-energy, product-focused in-store experience You’ll work closely with store leadership and be a key contributor to how the business performs day-to-day. What You’ll Own Customer Experience & Selling Deliver a high-energy, product-driven sales experience Actively engage customers and guide them to the right product Drive conversion and attachment (multiple units, add-ons, upgrades) Confidently communicate product features, styling, and benefits Store Performance Contribute to store KPIs including conversion, AOV, and UPT Support execution of product launches, promotions, and merchandising Maintain strong awareness of top-performing styles and trends Operations & Execution Keep the sales floor fully stocked, organized, and visually strong Execute transactions accurately and efficiently Support inventory, replenishment, and loss prevention standards Team & Culture Bring a positive, accountable, team-first mindset Take initiative and identify opportunities to improve performance Partner with leadership to continuously elevate execution What You Bring 1 - 3+ years of retail or sales experience (performance-driven environments preferred) Confidence in engaging customers and driving sales outcomes Strong communication and interpersonal skills A proactive, self-starter mindset with a bias toward action Interest in product, style, and customer experience Why Blenders Be part of a high-growth brand with real opportunity to advance Gain hands-on experience in retail performance and sales development Free product + employee discount Work with a team that values energy, accountability, and growth Position Details Part-time role based in South Congress - Austin, TX Reports to Store Manager Must be available for weekends and flexible scheduling Yq3MfOMv2F
