Role Description This is a full-time and on-site role, located in Pasadena, TX, for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying their needs, and offering tailored industrial equipment and service solutions. Key duties include managing customer accounts, generating sales leads, conducting follow-ups, providing product and service information, and supporting clients throughout the sales process. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service will be an integral part of this role. Qualifications Strong sales, customer relationship management, and account management skills Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications Strong organizational and time management abilities Familiarity with industrial equipment, services, or related industries is highly beneficial Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field preferred Willingness to work on-site at our Pasadena, TX location Experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the industrial or technical sector, is an advantage
