Job Title: Sales Associate Location: Palm Beach Department: Retail Report To: Store Manager Role Overview The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experience on the sales floor. This role supports sales performance, client engagement, and daily store operations while maintaining brand standards and a welcoming environment. What You’ll Do Deliver a strong guest experience through product knowledge and customization support Greet and engage every guest, introducing the brand and product offering Assist guests with purchases, customization, and product selection Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach Actively sell on the floor and support the team in achieving daily sales goals Support visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards Restock inventory and maintain an organized sales floor Assist with inventory tasks including receiving, processing, and stock management Maintain a clean and organized back-of-house environment Support events, trunk shows, and community outreach initiatives Engage in clienteling to build and maintain guest relationships What You Bring Passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive approach Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Willingness to learn and grow within the brand Key Attributes Guest-first mindset with a strong focus on clienteling and relationship building Driven to achieve sales goals and support team performance Energetic, positive, and engaged on the sales floor Strong sense of ownership and accountability Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and presentation Collaborative and team-focused Proactive and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environment Qualifications 2 years of professional work experience High school diploma or GED required Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Strong written and verbal communication skills Compensation & Benefits 20–24 hours/week for part-time positions 32–40 hours/week for full-time positions Schedule subject to change based on business needs and events Health benefits available for full-time employees 401(k) eligibility Why Work Here At Stoney Clover Lane, you’ll be part of a brand that values creativity, connection, and exceptional guest experience.
