Our 540 Broadway, Soho location is seeking a dynamic Full-Time Sales Associate to join our passionate team and bring the Schutz brand to life for our customers. Position Overview: As a Sales Associate , you will be the face of Schutz, delivering an unforgettable shopping experience that reflects our brand's values. You will work alongside a dedicated team to elevate store performance, foster customer relationships, and showcase our luxurious, trend-forward products. Your role is to make every client feel special, ensuring they leave with not only a great purchase but a memorable brand experience. Your energy and knowledge will be instrumental in driving sales and growing the clientele base. Key Responsibilities: Provide Exceptional Customer Service : Go above and beyond to create personalized and engaging shopping experiences for each client. Build Relationships : Foster lasting connections with clients, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction with every visit. Achieve Sales Goals : Consistently meet or exceed both individual and store-wide sales targets. Client Needs First : Listen, understand, and provide tailored recommendations based on each customer’s style and preferences. Resolve Issues with Ease : Handle customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism, offering timely resolutions to enhance satisfaction. Maintain Visual Standards : Uphold the brand's presentation by ensuring that products are merchandised beautifully and the store remains pristine at all times. Inventory & Shipment Support : Actively participate in the receipt and organization of new stock, ensuring that the store is always fully stocked and visually appealing. Team Collaboration : Communicate effectively with peers, management, and corporate to ensure smooth store operations and a positive working atmosphere. Flexible Availability : Be ready to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate the store’s needs. Desired Skills and Experience: A passion for fashion with a deep knowledge of current trends. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients and make them feel at home. A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets. Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not required – we are looking for people who are enthusiastic and eager to learn. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Positive, friendly, and confident with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
