Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that match their needs. Provide detailed information about retail merchandise, financial services, and loan options to help customers make informed decisions. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and cash management procedures. Process sales transactions efficiently using retail software and perform basic math calculations for pricing, discounts, and totals. Support loan processing activities by verifying customer information and ensuring all documentation is complete. Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and ensure product displays are attractive and well-stocked. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and following up to ensure satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments. Strong math skills with the ability to perform retail math calculations accurately; familiarity with 10 key typing is advantageous. Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse customers confidently. Ability to operate financial software systems efficiently and accurately process transactions. Basic understanding of cash management, cashiering, and cash handling protocols.
