Job SummaryThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in Mooresville, NC.The Sales Associate will identify potential customers, provide product and service presentations, and guide clients through the sales and decision-making process.Responsibilities Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, meeting sales targets, managing customer relationships, and collaborating effectively with the rest of the team to ensure a seamless client experience.Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Sales experience, customer relationship management (CRM) knowledge, and a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects effectively Proficiency with basic computer systems and data entry Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and build strong relationships Experience in the construction or roofing industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales, business, or a relevant field is an advantage Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $80,000.00 per year Work Location:In person.
