Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase items and drive sales. Maintain store appearance through effective merchandising and stocking practices to create an inviting atmosphere. Utilize strong communication skills to answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and promotions. Supervise team members when needed, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork. Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. Uphold phone etiquette standards when handling customer calls or inquiries. Cleaning Sneakers to our exceptional standards Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions accurately. Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus. Experience with cash handling and operating POS systems is highly desirable.
