Duties Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation Assist customers with retail sales transactions, including product recommendations and upselling opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately using cash handling and cashiering procedures, including cash management. Utilize retail math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and payment plans with precision.
