Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English . Present financing options and explain vehicle features and benefits. Meet sales goals and build long-term customer relationships. Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale. Requirements Bilingual (Spanish/English) – required. Previous customer service experience (sales, retail, call center, etc.). Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills. Positive attitude, motivation, and willingness to learn. No prior auto sales experience required – we provide full training .
