Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation Assist customers in selecting products, explaining features, and answering questions to enhance their shopping experience Process sales transactions accurately using retail math skills, cash handling, and cash management procedures Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently, including basic math calculations and 10 key typing tasks Support banking functions such as cash reconciliation, deposit preparation, and balancing registers at the end of shifts Handle customer inquiries related to financial services, loan processing, or account information with professionalism and clarity Maintain store cleanliness, organize merchandise displays, and ensure product availability on the sales floor Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and retail math concepts Familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale systems is a plus Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers and explain financial or product details Ability to perform cash handling duties accurately while managing cash register operations Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a positive attitude Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while growing your career in retail sales and financial services!
