In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers to provide excellent service, educating shoppers about the benefits of Ancient Terra products, and assisting with sales transactions. Additional responsibilities include restocking and organizing displays, maintaining product knowledge, and creating a welcoming retail environment. You will also have the opportunity to support marketing events and promotions as needed. Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to build and maintain rapport with a diverse customer base Effective communication and ability to educate customers about product features and benefits Basic sales and relationship-building skills to assist with transactions and meet customer needs Organizational and time management skills to manage inventory and restock displays Ability to work on-site in Dunnellon, FL with flexibility for weekend or holiday shifts Interest or experience in skincare, wellness, or sustainable products is a plus High school diploma or equivalent preferred
